Corporate Sustainability

We believe that being a leading investor in Tomorrow’s World means ensuring the active integration of environmental, social and governance principles in both our investment strategies and the way we run our own business.

From day one, we’ve committed to embedding sustainability in our DNA. We believe that being a leading investor in Tomorrow’s World means ensuring the active integration of environmental, social and governance principles in both our investment strategies and the way we run our own business.

When it comes to our corporate operations, our focus is on:
- Space: Striving for high environmental standards, productivity and wellbeing in our offices.
- Employees: Providing inclusive and rewarding workplaces to attract and retain talented individuals.
- Procurement: Encouraging ethical sourcing, environmental sustainability, community benefits and fair employment practices across our supply chains.
- Building social capital: Supporting charitable giving and volunteering projects to produce lasting change.
- Health and safety: Upholding best practice health and safety and supply chain policies across our global operations.

We have established a corporate sustainability committee to oversee our strategy and to monitor and report on our progress, which we will benchmark against the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark and UN Principles for Responsible Investment.
