TH Real Estate's 'Henderson UK Property Fund' tops IPD Indices

Investment Manager TH Real Estate has beat the IPD property indices yet again with its ‘Henderson UK Property Fund’ (HUKPF). It was named the top ranked fund over one year in the AREF/IPD Balanced Fund ranking. This follows similar market outperformance by the fund over one, three, five, 10 and 20 year periods.

A balanced fund, with a diversified portfolio across the UK markets, HUKPF has been running for over 20 years and provides investors with immediate access to the UK market. Operated as an open fund with a value add strategy, it continues to sustain performance.

Portfolio holdings include 115 Southwark Bridge Road, 65-79 King Street, Hammersmith and Bradwell Abbey in Milton Keynes. Recent acquisitions on behalf of the Fund include Blades Court in Putney and 6-7 Hatton Garden, London.

As a result of its strong performance, the Fund has attracted two new potential investors.

David Pearce, Fund Manager, TH Real Estate, comments: "By taking a strategic approach to the management of the Fund, we have been able to consistently outperform over the long-term. Our value add strategy sets us apart from other similar funds and we remain confident that the current assets will continue to deliver strong performance over the coming years."
