TIAA Henderson Real Estate hires new Fund Manager

TIAA Henderson Real Estate (TH Real Estate) has hired David Pearce as a Fund Manager for its c.£170m UK Property Fund.

The open ended Fund offers investors immediate access to the UK property market through a diversified and income producing portfolio with a track record of outperformance. The investment style is geared towards acquiring assets with active enhancement opportunities and potential to deliver outperformance, irrespective of market fluctuations.

Prior to joining TH Real Estate, David spent eight years at CBRE Global Investors where he was a Director involved in the property fund management of a number of the firm’s segregated pension fund accounts, gaining a wide breadth of experience. He also took part in the firm’s Global Transfer Program, spending seven months in their Head Office in Los Angeles, working on the Strategic Partners Fund Series, where he was involved in transactional work and the implementation of asset management initiatives.

David started his career as a surveyor at Savills. Prior to that, he earned a Master’s in Real Estate from Reading University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
