TIAA Henderson Real Estate sells office building, Höchstädtplatz 1-3, in Vienna, on behalf of Warburg-Henderson

TIAA Henderson Real Estate (TH Real Estate) has sold Höchstädtplatz 1-3, an office building in Vienna, to a private investor.

Höchstädtplatz 1-3 was built in the 1950s and was refurbished in the 1990s. It is located in the 20th district of Vienna, benefiting from a prime location in close proximity to public transport, main roads and Vienna airport. It comprises a lettable area of more than 13,000 sq m, comprising 7,450 sq m office space in addition to retail space of approx. 5,890 sq m. There are also 107 parking lots in the underground car parking.  

The asset, which was acquired on behalf of the Warburg - Henderson Österreich Fonds Nr. 1’s portfolio in 2005, was sold as part of the Fund’s planned disinvestment phase.  

Six properties remain in the Fund portfolio; these include two office properties, and four retail properties.
