JLL Retail Oscar 2014: Service charge analysis for shopping centres

Retailers are becoming increasingly threatened by e-commerce and the push for good, customer experience physical stores to help combat this is a must. One of the challenges for owners and their managing agents is to ensure that they provide clear, concise and accurate information to their occupiers on service charge costs.

It is for this reason that TIAA Henderson Real Estate welcomes the annual Retail OSCAR report, which provides detailed comparative service charge costs for a wide range of centres located throughout the country.

Retail OSCAR has established itself as the benchmark publication for shopping centre service charge costs and I know that occupiers and owners alike appreciate the detailed analysis not only of the most recent set of data, but also the analysis of previous cost trends.
