TH Real Estate, on behalf of Warburg HIH, secures planning consent for residential development at Waterfront Quay, Salford

Proposals for a new residential development on the brownfield site of Pier 7, Waterfront Quay, secured the endorsement of the Salford City Council Planning & Transportation Regulatory Panel during a session held on Thursday 12 May.

Proposals for a new residential development on the brownfield site of Pier 7, Waterfront Quay, secured the endorsement of the Salford City Council Planning & Transportation Regulatory Panel during a session held on Thursday 12 May.



TH Real Estate, on behalf of Warburg HIH, submitted an Outline Planning Application for a scheme to deliver 600-800 residential apartments, ground floor retail, restaurant and local service uses on the existing site of Waterfront Quay. The proposals followed a period of close consultation with Salford City Council and the local community.
