Peter Neal

With over 11 years’ experience, Peter specialises in the Central London office investment market. He joined the company in 2010 to work in the Central London Office team, where he is now responsible for the investment and asset management function for the London component of the Cityhold Office Partnership.

Peter has worked on a range of investment, development and asset management projects, which recently include the acquisition of 60 Great Portland Street from GPE (c.£100m), the sale of 55 Bishopsgate to Schroders (c.£190m) and the development of 70 St Mary Axe, a 300,000 sq ft office scheme in the City of London.

Peter holds a Geography and Economics MA (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh, and a postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management from London South Bank University.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum. He also holds the Investment Property Forum Investment Education Programme Diploma.
