TH Real Estate & Mirvac add two new tenants to North Sydney landmark office building, 101 Miller Street

TH Real Estate and Mirvac Group ('Mirvac'), joint owners of 101 Miller Street, are pleased to announce Ace Insurance and White Clark as the latest tenants to join the landmark premium-grade office building.

Ace Insurance has leased over 37,000 sq ft (3,500 sq m) on levels 19, 18 and part of level 17 for a 10-year term, relocating from 51 Berry Street, North Sydney and 28 O’Connell Street, Sydney.

White Clarke has secured approximately 15,280 sq ft (1,420 sq m) on level 15 for a five-year term, relocating from 181 Miller Street, North Sydney.

As well as activating the foyer and delivering new premium-grade end-of-trip facilities, the owners are refurbishing the office floors with new ceilings, carpet and a bathroom refreshment.

101 Miller Street has an onsite management team with 24/7 security, dedicated concierge service during business hours and is in close proximity to all modes of transport. It also offers 250 tenant car spaces and up to 300 visitor bays. The office building is located directly above North Sydney’s premier retail and food destination, Greenwood Plaza. The Atrium at Greenwood Plaza opened earlier this year and is the destination of choice for casual dining, offering a sophisticated setting with ample space for quick bites and longer meetings.
