Investment strategy

The Fund seeks attractive risk-adjusted total returns for investors through investment in a diversified portfolio of UK commercial real estate (CRE) loans. The Fund:

  • Invests in whole loans and selective junior only loans up to 75% loan-to-value
  • Originates loans secured against fundamentally strong assets and well-positioned regional properties in the core-plus and value-add sectors of the UK market
  • Opportunistically syndicates the senior portions of selected whole loans to improve returns and capture enhanced economics
  • Leverages internal debt and direct investment expertise to ensure comprehensive underwriting and risk management

Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB)

The Fund saw strong results in its second year of participation in GRESB, ranking 6th out of the 18 global participants. The Fund outperformed the GRESB average in its overall approach to sustainability management and policy, achieving a score of 81/100.
